This self-assessment tool provides potential apprentices with an understanding of the language, maths and science knowledge and skills that are required to enter the ElectroComms and EnergyUtilities trades. The tool generates a score for each section of the test and when appropriate it provides advice on how to improve the score.

 

 

Maths plays a key role in the everyday duties of an Australian Licensed Electrician. This tool is specifically for apprentice electricians and people considering a career in Electrotechnology. It assists the user to develop their algebra and trigonometry skills.

 

 

Web-based resource developed to assist industry organisations support employees wanting to complete Diploma/Advanced Diploma studies and work more efficiently and effectively in technical officer and para-professional positions.

 

  • Well ICT Resource

 

This web based assessment assists industry assess and identify gaps in operatives’ ICT capabilities, particularly in regard to those wishing to engage in e-learning programs.

 

The resource also has a ‘tutorial’ function which industry members can utilise to assist in the development of the necessary ICT skills.
